FAQS HOW DO I ORDER? 

 You can order securely on this website via PAYPAL by simply browsing our catalogue in the Shop, adding products to your shopping cart and going through our checkout process, which uses the secure PayPal payment gateway .

Prices do not include postage costs which are added during the checkout process, these costs differ depending on the delivery address. We offer combined postage on all orders.

You can view the contents of your shopping cart by clicking the ‘View Cart’ icon at the top of the page at any point whilst browsing the website.

Automatic email notification will keep you up-to-date with your order progress.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
Shipping is dynamically calculated based on total weight and dimensions of the order. Once you’ve added items to your cart, you can use the shipping calculator on the shopping cart page which will show the costs before checkout.

UK orders are posted standard Second Class delivery. Overseas orders are posted standard Airmail.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Jane Weaver Merch normally operates a same day despatch policy on orders placed before 3pm (GMT) depending on availability. We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days.

UK delivery times – orders should be received 3-4 days after dispatch.

Europe delivery times – orders are sent using Airmail and should be received 4-5 days after dispatch.

Rest of the world delivery times – orders are sent using Airmail and should be received 5-10 days after dispatch.

PLEASE NOTE: ***due to COVID-19 deliveries may take a little longer than expected**Normally Royal Mail considers a UK package lost after 15 working days from shipping date. International packages are considered lost after 25 working days.

DO RECORDS COME WITH FREE DOWNLOAD CODES?
At the moment we are only able to offer free download codes with certain titles exclusively with sales through the Jane Weaver Merch website.

WHAT IS PAYPAL?
All transactions on our site are conducted through a third party credit card processing company called PayPal.

PayPal is a respectable, trusted and established company that provides secure methods of making payments across the Internet. PayPal uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to ensure that all transactions are secure. Transactions using Secure Socket Layer are encrypted – that means that anyone trying to intercept this encrypted information is presented with a series of letters and numbers that make no sense and have no bearing on your credit card details.

When you purchase items from us you can be sure that your credit card and personal details are processed securely by PayPal. As a customer, you do not have to register your details with PayPal before purchasing items from us.

Our site operates as any other webstore you may have used; you add the desired items to your “shopping cart” and then proceed to the “checkout” where you will be asked to enter your credit card details and a delivery address. The amount for the items (plus delivery charges) are debited from your credit card by PayPal who then deposits the funds into our bank account.

Because we use PayPal, we do not receive your credit card or bank account details. All we receive is details of the items you have purchased and your delivery address.

PayPal accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Discover, American Express (except corporate cards), Switch/Solo, Visa Electron.
